Trademark Requirements

1. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate.
2. A copy of the home or foreign application/registration of the mark.
3. Twenty prints of the mark.

Patent Requirements :

1. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate.
2. An Assignment Deed duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate, if the applicant is not the inventor.
3. A certified copy of the corresponding basic or foreign application duly legalized up to the Syrian     Consulate.
4. Two copies of the specifications, claims, abstract and drawings.

Design Requirements

1. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate.
2. An Assignment Deed duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate, if the applicant is not the designer.
3. A certified copy of the corresponding basic or foreign application duly legalized up to the Syrian     Consulate.
4. Three copies of formal drawings

Copyright Requirements

1. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate.
2. Three copies of the work on a CD.
3. A written Declaration from the Author or his/her successor evidencing the ownership of the work, duly     legalized up to the Syrian Consulate.
4. An Assignment Deed duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate, if the applicant is not the author.

Domain Name Requirements

1. A written request in the letterhead of the applicant requesting the registration of the domain name.
2. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate.
3. An Extract from the Commercial Register or Articles of Incorporation, if the application is a corporate     body, duly legalized up to the Syrian Consulate.
