Trademark Requirements

1. A Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant.
2. Fifteen prints of the mark.

Patent Requirements

1. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.
2. An Extract from the Commercial Register or Certificate of Incorporation, if the applicant is a company,     duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.
3. An Assignment Deed duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate, if the applicant is not the inventor. 4. Two copies of specifications, claims, abstract and drawings.
5. A certified copy of the corresponding home application duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate, in     case of claiming priority.

Design Requirements

1. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.
2. An Extract from the Commercial Register or Certificate of Incorporation, if the applicant is a company,    duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.
3. An Assignment Deed duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate, if the applicant is not the designer. 4. Four sets of formal drawings.
5. A certified copy of the corresponding home application duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate, in    case of claiming priority.

Copyright Requirements

1. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.
2. A copy of the Artwork, stamped and mentioning the name of the signatory and title or a certificate of     registration of the Artwork in any country.
3. Particulars/details of the Author and Publisher.
4. Ten copies of the work.

Domain Name Requirements

1. A written request in the letterhead of the applicant requesting the registration of the domain name.
2. A Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate.
3. Copy of the Egyptian Trademark Registration Certificate of the same trademark required for the     domain name.
